Recruitment for the National Panhellenic Conference sororities on the Syracuse University Campus occurs in the spring. It is a formal recruitment process which occurs over a two week period, and consists of four rounds of events. The recruitment process allows potential new members to meet the sisters and learn more about Alpha Chi Omega.
